Please read through the following (4) forms prior to registering. If you agree to the terms on these forms, these forms will be sent via email to you within a week before the first class. You do not need to print these- they will come to you via email! These forms are ONLY for students taking the full drivers education program, NOT for students seeking just the drive-only instruction which is based on availability. Please send an e-mail to inquire about drive-only availability.

Students attending class must be 17 years of age or younger. Danville Driving Academy does not offer Adult Private Instruction for students 18 and older.
